Joseph V. Pisano

Joseph V. Pisano, 78, of West Babylon, formerly of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, entered into Eternal Life on September 22, 2020. Beloved husband of 50 years of Mary (nee Gerbasio). Devoted father of Virginia Khoubesserian (George) and Joni Roderka (Louis). Adored grandfather of Luke Roderka, Jude Roderka, and Louis Roderka Jr. Loving brother-in-law of Helen. Predeceased by his parents, Michael and Margaret (Spizio) Pisano, and his twin brother, Anthony. Joe loved to fish, go bowling, and taking trips to the casino. He adored his family and relished the sharing of the stories of his Pisano, Spizio and Franzese families during the old days in "the neighborhood" of Greenpoint-Williamsburg. He will be missed dearly by all of his cousins, friends, and all of the countless lives he touched. Family will receive friends at Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 W. Main St., Babylon, Sunday, September 27, 2020, 3pm-7pm. Funeral service will take place at the funeral home 11am Monday, September 28, 2020, followed by interment at 12pm at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY.
