Leslie A. Monteleone (nee Hoyt), 59, of Babylon, New York, entered into Eternal Life on Friday, February 28, 2025. Beloved wife of 34 years of Bernard Monteleone, Jr. Devoted mother of Jack Monteleone and Grace Monteleone. Adored daughter of Edward and Kathleen Hoyt. Cherished sister of Deborah McNally, Michael Hoyt, Bruce Hoyt, Jeffrey Hoyt, Janice Hoyt, Kerry Hoyt, and Douglas Hoyt. Also survived by her loving dog, Milo, and cat, Lucy. Leslie loved music concerts and traveling. Her greatest joy of all was spending time with her family and friends. She will be forever loved and deeply missed by each life that she touched.
