Rose P. Aprea

Rose Aprea, formerly of West Babylon, NY, passed away at Belmont Manor Nursing Center in Belmont, MA, on August 10, 2025, at the age of 100. Following the death of her beloved husband, Luca, Rose relocated to Massachusetts to be closer to her immediate family. Besides her husband, Rose was predeceased by her loving siblings, James, Madeline, and Joseph. Always an impeccable homemaker and gracious hostess, Rose was entirely devoted to her daughter, Margaret, and her husband, Richard, as well as her granddaughter, Kim, and her husband, Jeff. The arrival of her two great-grandsons, Vincent and Dominic, gave Rose the greatest joy of all. In addition, Rose is also survived by her loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, as well as her friends, both old and new. She will be forever loved and deeply missed by each life that she touched. Family will receive friends at Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 W. Main Street, Babylon, Saturday, August 16, 2025, 11:00 AM-1:00 PM. Entombment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, 2030 Wellwood Avenue, Pinelawn. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Rose's memory to The Salvation Army.
