Evelyn May Frank was born to Lucein and Martha Saulque on August 24, 1930 in Dinuba, California. As a youngster she grew up on a farm working alongside the family as they farmed grapes. She enjoyed a close relationship with her siblings older brother Howard and younger brother Jimmy and for a short time her sister Mary Louise. In high school she met and fell in love with a strapping young man who had eyes only for her and on April 22, 1950 she married the love of her life Louis Frank.
Louis and Evelyn had four children: Larry, Ronnie, Laurie and Robert and she found joy and fulfillment as a stay at home mom showering them with love and support. As her daughter Laurie became ill in her young life, Evelyn dedicated her life to supporting and caring for both her daughter and her granddaughter Heather. Her husband and children were her life and she was grateful for every moment with them.
All that knew her have peace in the knowledge that they will be with her again in the presence of the Lord and that she has been welcomed into the arms of her husband Lou and her daughter Laurie.
