He was the greatest man ever. He taught me that I was worth loving, that I was cared for. He protected me. He made me laugh and smile when I never thought I could again. He was my safe space. He meant the world to me and I will miss him forever. My favorite person. My best friend. My grandpa. You are my sunshine, and although my days are much darker now without you, some days you find a way to shine light and love on me. I'm forever grateful to you. I love you always. I pinky promise. I'll never forget you.
