So sad to hear of Bill's passing. I worked with Bill for many years. He was the best in his area of expertise. Bill was our Pipelines kingpin. Nothing happened unless Bill said ok. He orchestrated movements on a pipeline that was hydraulically a nightmare. He knew exactly how to adjust for any upset.  When I started with Getty, Bill and I shared many stories while he showed me the ropes and helped me get started over 30 years ago. He knew everyone and everyone had a great deal of respect for Bill. He was one of a kind. My heart felt sorry for the loss of a true gentleman and friend. My sincere condolences to both his work family and his personal family.

So sorry to hear of Bill's passing always enjoyed working with him and seeing him at the Kern County Fair on Seniors Day. My fondest memory of Bill is the day it snowed in Bakersfield and he from North Dakota and I recently from Colorado were the only two who were at the office on time that morning.  We stood on the balcony and discussed all the snowy weather we didn't miss. RIP you will be missed.

So sad to learn of Bill's passing. I worked with Bill for many years before his retirement. He was very excited to start his new life after retiring so that he could get his bike and ride the bike path in Bakersfield. He spoke lovingly of his family and loved them greatly. My prayers go to his family at this time of their great loss.

I am so sorry to learn of Bill's passing.  We worked together for many years until his retirement and shared many good and cheery times.  He was a very nice man and I am glad to have counted him among my friends.  My heartfelt prayers go out to his family.
