On March 16, 2014, Charles L. Rice; devoted father of Charlotte Sunderland and her husband Bill, and John Rice and his wife Jeri, loving grandfather of four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his first wife Elaine, his second wife Elizabeth, and his son Melvin Rice.
