On Monday, March 10, 2025, Edward G. Byers passed away. He was the beloved husband of Ruby I. Byers for 50 years; loving father of the late Edward G. Byers, Jr. “Duke”; treasured grandfather of Edward G. Byers, III., 9 step grandchildren and 17 step great grandchildren; son of the late Joseph and Emelia Byers; dear brother of Joyce Mallon and her husband Jim, Kathy Pudwell and her husband Adolf, Elizabeth Goetzinger and was predeceased by his other siblings Joseph Byers, Emil Byers, Dorothy Keener, Myrtle Byers, Darlene Krummel.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather for a visitation at the Burgee Henss Seitz Funeral Home, Inc., 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21211 on Monday, March 17, 2025 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Parkwood Cemetery, 3310 Taylor Avenue Baltimore, Maryland 21234.
