Jack Leroy Spicer Jr., 72, of Orwigsburg, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 26, 2026, surrounded by family. He was the beloved husband of Donna Spicer. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was predeceased by his parents Jack Leroy Spicer Sr. and Mary May Spicer. Jack was a Lieutenant with the Baltimore City Police Department until he retired in 2017 after more than 41 years of service. He was a Christian man of strong faith who was an avid nature lover with a big heart and a soft spot for animals. He was a member of FOP Baltimore City Lodge 3. In addition to his wife, Donna; he is survived by a stepson, David; two sisters, Carrie Harris and Christine Spicer Wilson; one brother, Tim Spicer Sr., and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Burgee Henss Seitz Funeral Home, Inc.,3631 Falls Road, Baltimore,Maryland , 21211, on Friday, April 3,2026 from 11:00- 1:00 pm, with Celebration of Life Services at 1:00 pm, with burial to follow at
Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 2800 Old Westminster Pike, Finksburg, MD 21048 .
