What an amazing person! A great actor!He and Paul Deboy were the fun ones to Scott Wentworth’ s serious side of Hamlet! A thespian til the end.all the news reporters would gather at the bar at The Bolton Hill Dinner Theatre, and Mike would hold court!
So many greats passed through his room. Augie,Dorset,Dave Deboy, Cal Shuman,Jane McCleary,Dennis Zawacki,Ann Williams,,Leah Franklin,Jack Lapedus, Mike Olesker, and many more . We were interviewed,entertained and thrilled by Mike.He was better than any late night show! The real secrets of Baltimore,were passed on in the place.Real people, show people!
The show must go on, at a higher venue!
He made us laugh.

I was so very sorry to hear of Michael’s passing.  I recall happier times, lunching at the Polo Grill, earning an occasional look from the owner if we broke into a show tune.  And, of course, drinking and chatting with the Michaels after work, sharing a love of “Gone With The Wind”.  He had a wonderful sense of humor and was always kind and thoughtful.  My thoughts are with his loved ones - I shall never forget him.


I loved the humorous, insightful conversations with the "Michaels" and Wolfy at CVP.  Michael loved musicals and he would lead our table occasionally in some song.  Michael always had some great recipes to share.  He was interesting, empathetic, funny, and full of life.  His upbeat spirit will be missed.
