Joseph Robert Miller, Sr., age 87, of Baltimore, MD passed away on November 11, 2023. He was the beloved father of Robin Hayes and her husband Terry, Carol Jones and her husband Ronald, Joann Miller, and Joseph Miller, Jr.; loving grandfather of Jennifer Heins, Billy Blankenship, Aaron Hayes, Ashley Hayes, Crystal Miller, and Troy Crouse; cherished great-grandfather of Brynlee Heins, Auden Heins, Gavin McRobie, Parker Hayes and Lucas Meyers; dear brother of Annie Schmidtt, Robert Miller, the late Marie “Dutchie” Hamburg, the late Sissy Bevins, the late Norma “Booger” Fisher, the late Albert “Alby” Miller, and the late Lois Mueller. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
