Joyce Patricia Locklear

She is the devoted mother of Charles Edward Fritz, Joan Elizabeth Weitzel and her husband Dave, Sr. and the late William Locklear; beloved grandmother of Ellen Elizabeth Stinson, Tiffany Marie Boqush, Cody Tyler Brown, David Allen Weitzel, Jr., Vada LeAnn Weitzel, Logan David Weitzel , CJ Fritz, Justin Fritz, Luke Fritz, Kevin Higgins , Makayla Fritz , Prinshella Stewart and the late Brandon Higgins ; dear sister of Shirley Tyler, Carol “ Sugar” Johns and her husband Marc, Sr., and the late William Wesley Baker, Joan Elizabeth Baker, Nancy Lee Strickland and her husband Frank , Linda Connolly and her husband James . Joyce is also survived by her close friends Yolanda “Yo” Frommelt and Brianna Shirley as well as many great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Burgee Henss Seitz Funeral Home, Inc. 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21211 on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, with a Celebration of Joyce's Life being held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 10:00 am.

Interment, Lorraine Park Cemetery.
