Sandra May Carnes, 86, passed away suddenly on March 15, 2023; loving mother of Cynthia E. Chambers and her husband J. Patrick, and the late Shawn E. Carnes; dear sister of the late Edward Thomas Schaeffer Jr cherished grandmother of Seth M. Chambers and his wife Danielle, Jay P. Chambers; Great grandmother of Nathaniel B. Chambers, and Chloe A. Chambers; Sister-in-law of Mary Schaeffer; Aunt of Dawn, Christina, Eddie, and Tracey; Great aunt of Cassandra, Ariana and Aiden; Mother-in-law of Mollie Lee.
A memorial service will be celebrated at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 3800 Roland Ave. Baltimore, MD 21211 on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at 2:30pm
