Winoma Jones

On March 11, 2026, Winoma Jones (nee Collins) passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. She was the beloved wife of the late (Harry Thomas Jones Sr.; devoted mother of the late Peggy Jones, Harry T. Jones Jr., his wife Ida Jones, Perry L. Jones, his surviving wife Patricia, William H. Jones, his surviving wife Sharon and Russell L.; loving grandmother of Michele, her partner Nik, April, her husband Jeff, Amber, her husband Rich, William, Eric, his partner Alyssa, Lauren, her husband Charles, and Brooke; cherished great grandmother of Cassidy, Collin, Jeffrey, Aaliyah, Madison, Aurianna, Makayla, Nolan, Ethan, Ezra, and Logan Perry; dear sister of Opal Bailey Hoover, and the late Laurence Collins.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Sunday, March 15, 2026, from 11:00 to 1:00 PM. Funeral celebration will follow at 1:00 PM, at the funeral home. Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens. Following interment, relatives and friends are invited to a luncheon beginning at 3:30 PM at Immanuel Baptist Church, 5041 Bucks School House Rd, Baltimore, MD 21237.
