

He was born in Manchester, England. His goal was to become a marine engineer, which he accomplished. He joined Manchester Liners and sailed for 5 years. He then immigrated to Canada where he took up residence in Edmonton. Here he joined Lucerne Dairies where he worked as a Maintenance Engineer, until he retired in 2007.
He met his wife Sharon, and they were married in 1977 and moved to Morinville. They raised their family and then, built and moved into a new home at Lac La Nonne.
His favourite pastimes were playing golf, fishing and hunting.
Left to mourn his passing is his loving wife, Sharon, step-son Warren (Dawn), daughter Jennifer (Wayne), and son Richard (Amber); 12 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A very special thank you to all the medical team at the Miseracordia Hospital in Edmonton for the kindness and compassion they gave him.
