Edward Klenke

Mr. Ed Klenke, late of Gardenview, AB, passed away on January 18, 2016 at the age of 87 years. He is survived by his loving family; 2 daughters, Anita (Jim) Sherwood, Roxanne (Stan) Shrode, son in law; Jim Nutt, grandchildren; Matthew, Megan (Guy) , Steve (Kourtney), Lisa (Dausen), Nicole (Kevin), Melissa (Curtis), Patrick (Ericka), Connor, Taneal (Kevin); great grandchildren, Owen, Ava, Waylon; step sister, Wanda Haltiner; brothers and sisters, Irene Miller, Martha Zutz, Arthur (Mabel) Klenke, Edna Schultz, Helen (Gus) Becker, Ruth Klenke, Walter (Carrie) Klenke and Hemmie (Wendy) Klenke as well as numerous other family and many dear friends.

Edward is predeceased by his wife; Elsie (March 29, 2005), daughter; Brenda Nutt (October 18, 2008), granddaughter; Olivia Miedema (June 3, 2012) sister; Alma (Dennis) Roth; brother-in-laws, Helmut Miller, Adolph Zutz and John Schultz; parents, Herman and Amalia,

Funeral Service will be held Friday, January 22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Rose Garden Chapel, Barrhead with Pastor Kevin Ree officiating. Interment to follow at Gardenview Cemetery. Donations gratefully accepted directly to Barrhead Aquatic Center, Gardenview Community Cemetery or the Meadowview Lutheran Historical Society.
