Ewald Eric Martin

Mr. Ewald Eric Martin, late of Clyde, AB, formerly of Barrhead, AB, passed away on June 4, 2013 at the age of 63 years. He is survived by his loving family; wife of 31 years, Simone Martin; two children, Darrell (Leah) Pierunek and Shariane (Barry) Schultz; five grandchildren, Mickyla, Madison, Robert, Daniel, and Rebecca; three brothers, Gary (Marilyn), Albert (Joan), and Harold (Lenora); one sister, Karin (Hugh); three brothers-in-law, Leo, Claude, and Fernand (Therese); one sister-in-law, Préscille; as well as numerous other family and many dear friends. Ewald is predeceased by his parents, Gus on May 7, 1997 and Wanda on May 9, 2008; and brother, William in June 1979; brother-in-laws, Jean Labonté in 1977 and Lorne Labonté in 2003; father-in-law, Donat Labonté in 2003; mother-in-law, Etudienne Labonté in 1991. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 9th, 2013 at 7:30 pm at Rose Garden Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, June 10th, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Barrhead, AB. Interment to follow at the Church Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Ree officiating.
