Gary is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Shelly; children, Matthew (Abby), Daniel (Tory), Tanya (Yarko) Perzylo; grandchildren, Walker, Isla, Scarlett, Zachary, Emily, Benjamin, Remington and Beaufort; siblings, Patty (TJ) Babcock, Bob (Sue) and Mark; father and mother in law, Glen and Marge Thompson; siblings in-law's, Colleen (Rod) Patterson, Pam (Max) Wood, Darcy (Shirley) Thompson, Dawyne (Kerri) Thompson, Gerry Thompson; also numerous other family and many dear friends.
Predeceased by his parents, Gary and Eileen Nelson; baby sister Jane.
A Graveside Service will be held at Doris Timeu Cemetery on Sunday May 10, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
A Memorial Service will be held at Fort Assiniboine Legion on Sunday May 10, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
