Geraldine "Geri" Fay Talma

May 26, 1950 – November 3, 2025

It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Geri (Geraldine) Talma, of Barrhead, Alberta, on November 3, 2025, at the age of 75. Geri was born on May 26, 1950, in Barrhead, Alberta, to Bill and Lena Mitton. She spent her life in the Barrhead area, where she built a home filled with love, laughter, and family. She is survived by her loving husband Ray Talma, daughter Nicole (Kyle), son Blake (Lindsay), and her cherished granddaughters Katelyn, Ava, Brooklyn, and Rylyn. She is also survived by her sister Janice (Bruce), along with many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Geri was predeceased by her parents Bill and Lena Mitton, and sisters Marie (Jim) Slater and Arlene (Gerry) Gascon.

She will be remembered for her warm and loving heart, her generous spirit, and her impeccable sense of fashion. Geri had a gift for making others feel special and welcomed, and she carried herself with grace and kindness throughout her life. Her love for her family was unwavering, and her presence will be deeply missed.
