He is survived by his loving daughters: Cathleen, Barbara, (Francis), Annabell (Ed); 4 grandchildren,
Stephanie (Andy), Calin (Madeline), Tarra (Bryan), Chad (Rebecca) and; 4 great grandchildren,
Ashton, Aidan, Rhyan and Alice; 1 brother and 2 sisters, Arnold (Trudy), Jane (Art), and Cathie
(Richard). As well as numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
John is predeceased by his loving wife Haitina and his parents. A funeral service will be held on Saturday,
June 10th, 2023 at 1:00pm at the Neerlandia Christian Reformed Church with Pastors Rich De Lange and
Harold Vandersluis officiating. Internment to follow. Donations in memory of John are gratefully
accepted directly to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Bible Society.
