Linda Lou Robinson

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Linda Lou Robinson announce her passing on May 29, 2026. She will be lovingly remembered by Edmond, her husband of 60 years, her children Michelle (Don) and Shawna, and her grandchildren Reese, Elliott, Mckenna, Parker and Brody, as well as her brothers Delbert and Terry. She was predeceased by her father Harold, stepdad Ivan, mother Verna, sister Phyllis, brother Wayne, sister-in-laws Norma, Caroline, and Jean, and brother-in-law Bud.

Linda spent more than 50 years living in the town of Barrhead, creating a loving home for her family. There, she and husband Ed made many wonderful memories with their children, grandkids, extended family and countless friends. Linda loved giving hugs, was always ready to lend a helping hand, and shared her kindness with everyone she met. She could instantly make anyone feel welcome and loved.

Some of her favorite pastimes were flower gardening, quilting, crafting, knitting, reading, cross stitching, and cooking. Many of us were the lucky recipients of her creativity and the projects that were always “Made with Love”.

Linda’s family would like to extend its thanks to the staff members who cared for her at the Keir Care Centre.

Linda’s funeral service will be held on June 4, 2026, at 11am at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Barrhead, at 5210-50 Street, with Father Francis officiating. Memorial donations in Linda’s name may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation at donate.parkinson.ca.
