Dear Grandma Penchuk,
This is how many letters to Grandma started out and I will forever cherish arriving home to a new letter from her. Grandma was an incredible person and I always loved hearing about her stories of traveling and looking at pictures of the places she had visited over the years. I hope to make it to England one day as I remember her speaking fondly of her travels there. Grandma also had an impressive spoon collection, which was always a conversation piece at Christmas gatherings and I can't wait to continue this tradition with my own family. One of the many memories that have stuck with me is of her farm in Fort Assiniboine and her flower garden, especially the many peonies that she grew. Peonies have always been my favourite flower because it reminds me of Grandma and the many visits spent at the farm with our family. I hope to inherit her green thumb! Thank you for always being there Grandma and you will be missed dearly. I'm sure you are gardening and sharing your many stories. Rest easy.

I was completely shocked and saddened to hear of Margaret Penchuk's passing. We met through C.C.F.C a non governmental organization which seeks to help African children. Her love for her family and friends leaves an indelible imprint
in my memory and I am happy she shared some part of that love with me although I was thousands of miles away and I feel so glad and blessed she played a part in my life. My deepest condolences go out to her entire family. It was a pleasure to know you, Margaret. Rest In Peace.

So very sorry to hear of Margaret’s passing. She was my cousin. We only met a few times and it was always very pleasant. Her Dad and my mom were
brother and sister. My deepest Sympathy. Rest In Peace dear one.

My sister was indeed a wonderful, generous person!
She was always kind and thoughtful and I will miss talking with her on the phone on Sundays.
My siblings and I have great memories of her from our youth!

We are sad to hear of your loss. Another piece of history is lost. Stan's mom was a remarkable mom -- showing strength is so many different ways. Her memory and legacy lives on with Stan and Sasha. Sending love and hugs.
