Maureen will be remembered as a funny, intelligent, and creative soul who faced life's challenges head-on and chose to thrive. An accomplished artist, she was proudly self-taught and earned a degree in the arts. She spent endless, joyful hours creating across multiple mediums—from paint and clay to baking and sewing—leaving her family with a legacy of countless handmade treasures.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 49 years, Tom; her infant daughter, Corine; and her brothers, Denny, Derek, and Dean.
Her memory lives on through her children, Trevor (Loma) and Sharen (Jamie); her sisters, Laverne and Lorraine; and her seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
