Mr. Vern Redel, late of Barrhead, AB, passed away on April 24, 2012 at the age of 58 years. He is survived by his loving family; one daughter, Tracy Peacock of Edmonton, AB; mother, Irene Redel of Barrhead, AB; two brothers, Mr. Don Redel and his children, Amy and Adam Redel, and Mr. Robert Redel; two sisters, Mrs. Judy (Lyle) Fullerton and their children, Grace and Matthew Fullerton, and Miss Linda Redel; as well as numerous other family and many dear friends. Mr. Vernon Edward Redel is predeceased by his father, Walter Redel in 1990. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Rose Garden Chapel with Donna McDowell officiating.
