Albert Eugene Bellanti Jr.

Albert “Bubby” Bellanti was a loving husband to Sandra, a proud father to Tami Hutto (Donnie), Mike Bellanti (Melinda), and Scott Bellanti (Sandi), a cherished grandfather to Amber Strickland(Chris), Brandi Bradshaw (Nathan), Rende Baker (Daniel), Austin Whittington, Michael Bellanti (Megan), and Alex Bellanti, and great grandchildren Cailyn, Adley, Tripp, Miller, Lindy, and Tucker. He lived his life with a deep faith, unconditional love, and a strong commitment to his family and his business.

Albert was proceeded in death by his father, Albert Bellanti Sr., his mother, Nancy Evelyn, and his sister, Gene.

Albert was born on October 4, 1944. The Third of four children; having two sisters, Jean and Gail, and a brother, Gary. He lived in and around Memphis, TN his entire life. He started out at Grahamwood elementary school and finished up at Memphis Tech High School. At CYO, Catholic Youth Organization, in 1960 Albert and Sandra met and began a courtship which turned into a beautiful, long lasting marriage on June 8, 1962.

As a young man he worked for Standard Parts and in 1963, along with 2 other partners (Ronnie and Fred) they started Raleigh Tire, which has evolved into a multi-store, valued and reputable business. Albert was very devout and proud of the company he created from the ground up. And something he raised his sons and grandson to be devout and proud of, too.

In Albert’s free time, he could be doing many things. He thrived working outside in his yard, making it perfectly beautiful. He enjoyed having all of his family together, enjoying a big, home cooked meal. He loved his many of dogs throughout the years; specifically: Wendy and Buffy. And he was always grateful for the Tire Trips around the world.

Albert’s legacy lives on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will carry the love he shared and the lessons he taught.

A visitation for Albert will be held Monday, September 29, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133. A funeral service will occur Monday, September 29, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133. A committal service will occur Monday, September 29, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Memory Hill Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133.
