She was born to the late Arthur and Marjorie Taylor on February 19th, 1939 in Blytheville, Arkansas. She graduated from Caruthersville (MO) High School where she was a cheerleader and member of the Honor Society, Glee Club, Chorus, and Pep Club. Ann worked briefly as a Flight Attendant for Delta Airlines before pursuing a career in the medical field as an X-Ray and Lab Technician and Nurse.
She was a loving and dedicated mother who always put her children first and loved her grandchildren “all the world”.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Neena Gee Tate and her sisters, Susie Taylor and Linda Dockins.
Ann is survived by her daughters, Tomi Ann Hanna, Tress Nicholson (Jerry); grandchildren, Zach Tate, Collin Tate, Hunter Tate, Drew Nicholson, Luke Nicholson; and her sister, Nancy Lefler (George).
Family will receive friends from 9:00am to 10:00am on Sunday, December 5th at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services will follow at 10:00am.
