Arthur Lee Waters, Jr., 66, of Memphis died February 4, 2011. He is survived by his nephew Allen (Joyce) Kobiske; great-niece, Brooke (Patrick) Canada; great-nephew, Jeffrey (Amelia) Kobiske and great- great-nephews, Austin Kobiske, Hunter and Tyler Canada and many cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 10 until service at 11 on Saturday, February 12 at Range Hill Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Memphis Memory Gardens.
