Bernice Ann Morrison, 89, of Memphis, passed away on February 22, 2013. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Dr. Thomas Golden Morrison, retired Professor Emeritus of Christian Brothers University, her granddaughter Laura Kay Boyette and three siblings. Mrs. Morrison is survived by her children, Alice Boyette (John), Patty Bertasi (Anthony), 6 grandchildren, Colleen Boyette, Richard Boyette, Chris McCarver, Katie McCarver, MaryJo McCarver, and CeeCee McCarver, and a great-granddaughter Lily Foster. Mrs. Morrison was a parishioner at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for many years. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church or Methodist Alliance Hospice. Visitation will be on Thursday, February 28 from 6-8pm with a rosary at 7pm at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. The funeral will be on Friday March 1st at 10am at St. Francis of Assisi, 8151 Chimneyrock Blvd.
