Bonita Diane Ganeles

A TIME TO BE BORN

Bonita Diane Ganeles affectionately known as "Diane" entered this world on September 28th, 1946, in Grenada, Mississippi. She was born to the late Arlon Bain and the late Anita. (Hiram C. Allison).

A TIME TO LIVE

Bonita accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age, and she was a long-time member of Bellevue Baptist Church where she enjoyed attending the "Passion Play and the Singing Christmas Tree" every year with her sister as she would call her, Marlene. Diane was a graduate of Kingsbury High School, Class of 1964 and in 2024, she was blessed to be able to attend her 60th Class Reunion. After 30 years of faithful and dedicated services to HBG Designs as a Payroll Manager, she retired in 2021. Diane enjoyed going out to eat, traveling, and family gatherings with the Allison's clan. She also was a lover of horses, and she loved to watch any western television shows with horses in it, but most of all she loved her dog of 19 years, "Charlie", she affectionately called him her "Baby Boy". Diane will be greatly missed by family and friends.

A TIME TO DIE

Bonita passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her Caretakers and Son Drew. She was called into Eternity on Friday, December 5, 2025. “I fought a good light, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith, and now, there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day. and not to me only, but unto them that love his appearance.” II Timothy 4:7-8.

A TIME TO REJOICE

To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. II Corinthians 5:8. Left to cherish her precious memories are her sons, Andrew E. Ganeles and Christopher E. Ganeles, and her beloved dog "Charlie". One brother, Stephen C. (Mari) Allison, two nieces, Britney (Wesley) Holliman and Lacey (Dylan) Artus. One Aunt, Jenelle Bille, and a host of other relatives and friends. She also leaves her God Sister and Caretaker, Marlene D. (Gerald) Coleman, and four other loving Caretakers, Marquita J. Palmer, Brittany C. Whitaker, Ashley F. Shaw, and Shavonda McGhee.
