I am so sorry that I just found out about Darlene’s passing.  I knew when I didn’t hear from her at Christmas last year and this one that something had happened.  She and I worked together at First American on Millbranch.  You are right, she was the rock of the bank there.  She knew everyone there, knew all about their families and always had a smile on her face.  In spite of the circumstances I faced ( my husband had cancer and passed away while we worked together,) she could always sense when I needed a hug or just a laugh.  She loved her family….always told stories about y’all…I know you miss her. God bless all of you.

The good Lord gave me the pleasure to work right beside Darlene when she started working at Triumph Bank.  She came into the bank every morning with a “Good Morning Julie” and a sweet smile on her face!  Her devotion to her family was the strongest I have ever witnessed.  She loved her siblings and all of her nieces and nephews.  She loved her Memphis Tigers and her NFL Cowboys!  Anyone that knew Darlene had to love Darlene, she was honestly the kindest person I have ever met.

I’m praying for God’s comfort for Darlene’s family now and in the days to come.   
If you knew her, you know how much she loved all of them.   
Darlene always let her light shine though her sweet spirit and kindness to everyone.  
I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with her for many years, and am most grateful for her friendship.

I can reflect and be happy that I had the privilege to know and work with someone as sweet as Darlene.  Her positive spirit and loving heart will continue on as a blessing to all that knew her.
