Elsie Mae Mullenix

Elsie Mae Mullenix, 93 of Memphis, TN passed away December 22 , 2018. She trusted Jesus, The Christ, as her Savior and was a member of Bartlett Baptist Church. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia to John and Eva Fretwell. Elsie is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Jafus “JB” Mullenix, her parents and her son, Donald Richard. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother. Elsie is survived by her son, Dennis Michael (Shelly) of Bartlett,TN, grandchildren, Stephen Michael Mullenix (Julia) of Blaine, WA, Julie Glass (John) of Covington, TN, Sara King (Daniel) of Arlington, TX and Rachel Mitchell (Stephen) of Bartlett, TN, eight great grandchildren, Ella Mullenix, Stephen Mullenix Jr., Sawyer Mullenix, Adelaide and Grady Grass, Clayton Mitchell ,Grace King and Beau Mithcell.

A visitation for Elsie will be held Friday, December 28, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
