Fred Gaskins, 64, of Bartlett, Tennessee was born in Memphis where he grew up in Frayser. He loved rock music, NASCAR, muscle cars and collected miniature Farmall tractors. Fred was an auto parts driver for O’Reilly Auto Parts and an active member of Cordova Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ross and Amelia Gaskins; and survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Jo Anne Gaskins; mother-in-law, Eleanor Limings; nieces and nephews, Rachel Liming, Hannah Liming and Garrett Liming; brother-in-law, Tommy Liming and his wife, Carla; along with numerous cousins. The family will receive friends from 8:30 a.m. until service time at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Road, Bartlett, TN 38133. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cordova Baptist Church, 1126 C Street, PO Box 174, Cordova, TN 38088–0174 in honor of Fred Gaskins.
