George Robert Coleman, a devoted, humorous and hard-working family man, passed away on December 26, 2025, at the age of 77. Born on July 6, 1948, in Memphis, Tennessee, George was a cherished resident of Bartlett, Tennessee.
In his early years, George demonstrated remarkable skills and determination, having built his first house, a testament to his hard-working nature. He was a man of many talents and interests, including enjoying the lake life, yard work, and tinkering in his shop.
George was a beloved family man, having been married to his wife, Debbie, for 36 years. He is survived by his children, Brian Coleman (Lana), Jeremy Coleman, and Ashley Onsby (Justin). His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Chandler Coleman, Kylee Coleman, Logen Onsby, Hayes Onsby, Christian Coleman, and Kynslie Onsby.
A man of the community, George enjoyed breakfast with his Chick-fil-a friends and traveling with the Tiger basketball fan club. His presence will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
