Jimmy Dale Wyatt was born December 1st, 1951 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to James and Luene Wyatt. He passed from this life on September 20th, 2021 with his family by his side. For the past several years Jimmy suffered through difficulties of Parkinson’s disease and Lewy Body Dementia.
Jimmy owned and operated Automatic Gates Construction Co, Inc. for 35 years. During that time the company worked across the United States installing and repairing gate systems. Jimmy was also instrumental in starting other businesses across the Memphis area.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Luene Wyatt; a brother, Ronald Wyatt; and his son, Jim Bowie Wyatt. He leaves behind his daughter, Corinna Kayal (Waed); granddaughter, Mallory Reid (Noah); a brother, Berl Wyatt (Marge); his sister, Phyllis Wyatt; his long time sweetheart, Pat Caldwell; and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to Forestview Church of Christ Scholarship Fund or to the Church Health Center.
Family will receive friends from 9:00am to 10:00am on Friday, September 24th at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services will follow at 10:00am.
