Joe Dee Lawson, 71, of Bartlett passed away Monday, May 19, 2014 at his residence. He was retired from the American Tobacco Company and a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church – Lakeland, TN. Mr. Lawson is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Frances C. Lawson; children, Sandra Latham and Greg Lawson; grandchildren, Ashten Latham, Brad Latham, Brooke Lawson, Samantha Lawson, Kyle Lawson and Cole Lawson; siblings, Charles Lawson, Carolyn Reynolds, Oran Lawson, Marilyn Blackburn, Diane Simpson and Susan Powers. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until service time at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Memphis Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Road, Bartlett, TN.
