Joe Pearce Tanner, Sr.

Joe Pearce Tanner Sr, of Bartlett, TN, passed away on April 25, 2018 at the age of 90. Mr. Tanner was retired from Kimberly Clark after 40 years and a WWII Navy Veteran. He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and enjoyed traveling, carpentry, and his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one sister. Joe is survived by his wife of 65 years Maurine Tanner, his children Alethea Hardwick (George), Joe Tanner Jr (Susan), Kathy Horton (Billy), Kevin Tanner (Sheila), Bryan Tanner (Dewanna), one brother Ray Tanner, ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
