Mary Kathleen McGoff Cargile age 66, of Memphis, TN, entered into eternal rest on September 15, 2025, with her family at her side. Born on September 8th, 1959, in Memphis TN, to Fredrick McGoff Sr and JoAnn Rast McGoff. She is survived by her husband Larry Cargile of 46 years, her children Mitchell Cargile (Brittany), Caley Moore (Davis), Allison Blair Cargile and her granddaughter Sophie Lynn. Kathy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be remembered for her love of her family, quick witted sense of humor and passion for her LSU tigers. We will honor her memory by gathering on Sunday September 21st at 5pm at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, funeral services will be held on Monday September 22nd at 10am at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.
