Mickey was born March 23, 1955, to Betty and Robert "Bobby" Jolly, Jr.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty and Robert Jolly, Jr., and sisters, Deborah "Debbie" Bloxham and Pamela "Pam" Flynn.
Mickey is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Rhonda, daughter, Conya Tysinger (Jason), granddaughter, Samantha "Sammi" Dunn, three great grandchildren, Owen, Jackson, and Aurora, sister, Sandra "Sandy" Siegrist (Carl), and brother, Robert "Rob" Jolly (Marie).
He was part of a family of roofers and owned his own roofing company, M&R Jolly Roofing, until he retired in 2019. His greatest joy in life was being a pappaw.
