Norma Jean Edwards, 85, of Bartlett passed away Sunday, October 26, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital-Bartlett. She was a homemaker, devoted wife and mother. Mrs. Edwards was preceded in death by her husband, Byron M. Edwards; and is survived by her children, David Edwards (Leesa) of Arlington, TN, Nancy Tatum, Glenda Vennemann, Cheryl Turri (Joe) and Gina Fortson all of Bartlett, TN; grandchildren, Daina Stickles, David Edwards, Jr., Leah Bailey, Jonathan Turri, Bryan Vennemann, Brandon Vennemann and Leeza Turri; great grandchildren, Madeliene Edwards, Jackson Stickles, Viviene Stickles, Brayden Vennemann, Emma Vennemann, Lily Beth Vennemann, Raven Rhea and Maverick David Edwards . The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until service time at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Memphis Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd., Bartlett TN with the interment to follow at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh LaGrange Rd., Memphis, TN. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be sent to the American Diabetes Association.
