Richard Maurice “Dick” Hebert, 76, of Memphis, died Monday, July 29th, 2013 at the Methodist North Hospital surrounded by his loved ones. Mr. Hebert was born, June 25, 1937 in North Grosvenordale, CT to Samuel and Irene Beatrice Joly Hebert. Dick was a retired U.S.M.C. Gunnery Sargent and retired Building Engineer with the Memphis City Schools. He was Catholic in faith and enjoyed golfing. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Jo Hebert, three daughters, Maureen Reeves, Kathleen King, Doreen West, one son Bruce Hebert, a sister, Deborah Pellegrino, three brothers, Roger, Rodney and Roy Hebert, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Mr. Hebert was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, a brother and two grandchildren. A celebration of life service with burial to follow will be 12pm noon, Saturday, August 3rd, 2013 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on Germantown Rd.
