Robert Malcomb Jones

Robert Malcomb Jones born to Bennie and Dorothy Jones on August 9,1938 and departed this earth May 8, 2025. Robert married the love of his life Janelle (Winters) and together they built an extremely tight knit family.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, his brother Jerry W Jones and a host of nieces and nephews. Robert and Janelle had 3 children Derrie (Britt), Bobby, Jennifer (Mark). 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. We learned from him how important family was. We learned how to love fiercely all because of our role model.

Robert and Janelle were lifelong members of the Woodland Hills Church of Christ. Robert loved his prize winning Tennessee Walking horses. And well unto his 80s went and solely took care of them.

He was a successful masonry contractor and he never had to advertise because his services were always in demand and his reputation spoke for itself.

We will miss him more than we can put into words but are so happy he is in the arms of Jesus and is now able to be reunited with his parents, his brothers Bennie, Bill and Charley and sisters Joanna, Evelyn and Alcy that went before him.

This is not a goodbye just until we meet again. We love you!
