Rudolph Langley, 92, of Germantown passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014 at Baptist Trinity Hospice House in Collierville. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army receiving the Purple Heart and a lifelong member of Eudora Baptist Church. Mr. Langley was preceded in death by his parents, James A. and Cara Webb Langley; four brothers and four sisters. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Nancy Langley; daughters, Gail Sredonja of Collierville, TN, Carol Brainard of Arlington, TN; son, Bill Langley of Bellingham, WA; grandchildren, Andrew Langley, Tanya Langley and Sylvia Brainard; many loving nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 pm, Thursday, March 27, 2014 and a funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, March 28, 2014 at Memphis Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd., Bartlett, TN with the interment to follow at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be sent to Friends of Faith Ministry, 4210 Alturia Road, Barltett, TN 38135 in memory of Rudolph Langley for his granddaughter, Sylvia.
