Ruth Noblin King was born on July 20, 1943 and received her angel wings on April 12, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, William (Billy) King and her son, Jeffery King. Also preceding her in death were her parents, Robert and Alcie Noblin; siblings, James Parchman, Clara Waits, Robert, Ed and Ben Noblin. Ruth is survived by her sons, Bill (Terri) of St. Johns, FL, Larry King and adopted daughter, Jennifer Dennis. She also leaves her grandchildren, Heather King and Lauren Herman; three great grandchildren; sisters, Betty Davis, Peggy Duke and brother, Gary (Kathy) Noblin. Ruth retired from Brown and Associates after many years of service. She loved sewing, gardening and most important her Memphis Grizzlies. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 14, 2017 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd., Bartlett, TN.
