Stephen Wayne Kee

He is preceded in death by his son-in-law Kevin Murchison. Steve is lovingly remembered by his parents, Willie and Marie Kee; his brother Richard Kee (Pat); the mother of his children, Julie Kee; his children Brian Kee (Shelly) Tristan and Kaitlyn; Ginger Murchison, Hunter and Hayden; and Shelby Kee. Stephen also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

For over four decades, Steve worked at DuPont, dedicating his time and skill to his craft. Outside of work, he found joy in cheering for his beloved Minnesota Vikings, admiring fast cars, being in nature, and spending time with the people he loved most. A man of faith, Steve believed in Jesus and found comfort in his relationship with God. Steven’s life was a testament to love, strength, and perseverance. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

A visitation for Stephen will be held Monday, January 20, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133. A funeral service will follow visitation, at 10:00 AM also at the funeral home. His graveside will occur Monday, January 20, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Memphis Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 3700 N Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN 38133.
