Susan Marie Petrie, 54, of Cordova passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2013. She was born in Beaver Falls, PA to James Ralph and Elizabeth Pullion and was a US Navy veteran. Mrs. Petrie was the widow of Gunnery Sergeant Joseph E. Petrie, USMC, Ret. and is survived by her son, his wife and children, Joseph E. and Cathy Petrie, Jr., Alexander and Abigail; a daughter and her husband, Victoria L. and Richard Smith, Jr.; her mother, Elizabeth Pullion; and six siblings, Rebecca (Ronald) Popoff, John (Kim) Pullion; Kathy (John) Mendenhall, Esther Jacobs, William Pullion and Phillip Pullion. The family will receive friends Monday evening, June 10 from 6:30-9 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 11 at the funeral home.
