Welborn R. Marr, 80, of Germantown, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014. He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Marr, siblings, Hollis Marr and Ruth Perkins, and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Marr is a US Air Force Veteran. He worked for 30 years and retired from the Memphis Police Dept. as Captain. The family asks that donations be made in Mr. Marr’s honor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The funeral and interment services will be privately held.
