William Wayne Hamilton, 80, died Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at his Lakeland Home. The family will receive friends Friday, July 22 from 6 – 8 at Memphis Funeral Home 3700 N. Germantown Parkway. Funeral Services will be Saturday, July 23 at 10:00 a.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens. Interment will follow at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens Cemetery onsite. Mr. Hamilton is an Air Force veteran, who retired from Ford Motor Company after 31 years as a Parts Distribution Clerk. He attended Bellevue Baptist Church and was a licensed Ham Radio Operator. Mr. Hamilton is survived by his wife of 56 years, Norma R. Hamilton; his two daughters, Teresa (Monte) Moore of Millington; and Susan Daniel of Cordova; his three grandchildren, Valarie (Craig) Morris of Munford; Stacey (Jay) Peterson of Atoka; and Steven (Lisa) Moore of Tampa, FL; and his three great grandchildren, Avery, Trey, and Hayden.
