JACKIE, SO SORRY TO READ ABOUT BILL , HE WAS THE FIRST PERSON I WORKED WITH WHEN I GOT BACK IN THE LOCAL . WE HAD A LOT OF GOOD TIMES WORKING TOGETHER. HE ALWAYS TALKED ABOUT HOW PROUD HE WAS OF HIS FAMILY. I WISH I HAD TALKED WITH HIM BEFORE HE PASSED.
