Mrs. Ford was a very special lady, educator, and music teacher.  She always had a kind word for me over the years when we ran into each other out in the community. I will never forget her inspiration to me in music. I loved to sing and played in Bartlett High School band for all 4 years! She always made teaching fun, had a beautiful smile and was such a gentle soul. 
Mrs. Ford you will be missed. Thank you for leading me the right way starting out in Kindergarten and up. I will forever be grateful to you . I pray the Ford family will find some peace and understanding. Rest in Peace and what a joy it must be to be in Heaven with our Lord and Savior!!

My deepest condolences to the Ford family. I will never forget Mrs. Ford. She was my favorite of all time and went out of her way to show me kindness during a very difficult time in my young life. Truly an inspiration who  went above and beyond to show kids they were important, no matter the circumstances in their life. I have, and will forever hold a special place in my heart for her.  Sending prayers of comfort to her family during this difficult time. Please take comfort in knowing that she made a difference and will always live on in our hearts and sweet memories. 

Mrs Ford always had love, patience and a sweet smile. She was one of my favorite teachers in Elementary. I never remember her getting mad or even frowning. Thank you Mrs Ford for inspiring me to become a teacher as well!!

My condolences to the Ford family.  We go way back as couples friends.....belonging to a bridge club with the Fords, Mewhinneys and the Goodnights.  Also, attended many parties and cook outs, kids birthday parties and etc.  with them..... many fond memories of Marilyn and her family .  Marilyn was a sweet and lovely lady and I know she will be missed greatly.  So glad that I had the opportunity to call her my friend.  Blessings and peace to her family.


Mrs.Ford was my elementary teacher she was always smiling and loving no matter what. I end up working as a cna in willobell, were I last saw her.I was able to take care her and love her so much more.She saw me walk into her room my first start day and said Kassandra, I use to teach you and your brother tutu that melt my heart to know she recognized me so quick. She smiled so big at me.Will be truly missed.

Thank God for this Lady. A true educator. So sorry I could not be with the family during the service. Truly will be missed.

Mrs.Ford was my second grade teacher when I attend Bartlett  schools, what I remember most is that she wore a-lot  of jewelry and gold shoes.  As a child I had never seen gold shoes lol.  She was always so happy and a smile on her face. She will be missed.
