Amber Nichole Whitfield

Amber graduated from Limestone High School and was set to graduate from the Capital Area School of Practical Nursing through the Springfield Clinic as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on December 19th. She worked at Springfield Clinic, where she was appreciated for her commitment and hard work.

Amber was married to Jake Whitfield since 2021, and they had shared a loving partnership for 20 years. She was the beloved daughter of Thom Royster and Pamela (Rodaway) Royster. Amber was a devoted mother to her children, Emmilyn, Mykenzie, Autumn, and Aspen Whitfield. She is also survived by her siblings, Joshua Otto, Crystal (Ricky Bruder) Ratliff, and Jacob Royster. Her love extended to her two cherished cats, Lola and Luna.

Amber's life was filled with love for her children, and everything she did was for them. She enjoyed arts and crafts, loved roller-skating, and had a fondness for the colors purple and baby blue.

Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Pastor Craig Hislope officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Amber's memory.
